Automate by Rose
Give repeatable digital work a clearer path. Automate by Rose is being shaped to help turn a recurring task into planned steps you can review, follow and verify.
Made for people who want useful structure around multi-step work, with progress they can check and important decisions left in their hands.
When a task repeats, the details matter
A familiar job can still be easy to lose track of when it involves several steps, dependencies or decisions. The Automate project was started in response to a problem John encountered while using ChatGPT. The project record describes the goal as making repeatable work easier to organise and verify.
Keep the steps visible
A useful plan should show what comes first and what depends on something else.
Know what actually happened
Progress should be distinguishable from a task that has been checked and completed.
Leave room for a human decision
Payments, identity checks and security-sensitive actions deserve a clear pause for approval.
A calmer way to organise repeatable work
The current approved project description names four intended capabilities. They are design goals for a Petal in development; the live product controls and supported scope have not yet been verified.
- Plan authorised workflows with dependencies — make the order of work easier to review.
- Track task receipts and progress — keep a record of what has been reported as done.
- Pause at payment, identity and security approvals — surface sensitive decisions for human review.
- Resume independent tasks without duplicating work — make it easier to pick up eligible steps while avoiding repeated work.
What this means today: these bullets describe the planned experience, not verified features available to install or use now.
Concept art for the idea behind Automate
These saved illustrations explore planning and progress in the Rose & Etta storybook world. They are website concepts—not software screens, interface mock-ups or proof of released controls.

🪄 What a future workflow could look like
The project’s example is to organise a set of files and show the checks for each stage. The documented journey is a proposal, not a live walkthrough.
- Describe the repeatable task.
Explain the goal and what a successful result should look like. - Review the proposed steps.
Check the order, dependencies and permissions before any work begins. - Start with a small, reversible task.
Inspect the result and keep the original work until it has been checked. - Pause when a decision needs you.
Payment, identity and security approvals are intended to remain visible human checkpoints. - Continue only after review.
Adjust or stop if the outcome differs from what you expected.
Example request: “Plan the steps needed to organise my project files and show the checks for each stage.”
Automation should make work easier to check
The product handover explicitly preserves permission and safety boundaries. Automate by Rose is not intended to bypass permissions or silently perform sensitive actions.
- Review permissions, options and any preview before activating a workflow.
- Use a small, reversible example first and check what changed.
- Pause rather than proceed with unapproved spending, identity-sensitive steps, publishing, downloads or deletion.
- Keep original work until the result has been verified.
These are design constraints in the project documentation. The final controls and exact supported actions still need implementation and release verification.
What has been checked—and what has not
- Status: In development; no launch estimate is recorded.
- Progress record: 5 of 7 tracked tasks (71.4%). This is project tracking only; it does not measure product testing or release readiness.
- Feature source: the approved “Automate by Rose” description and how-to handover list the four planned capabilities shown above and label them as intended, not verified live controls.
- Interface evidence: the saved image gallery and available project captures were reviewed. No current, product-matched Automate interface screenshot was verified, so none is presented as a real screen.
- Artwork: the keepsake-box illustration above is decorative artwork created for this Petal page.
- Compatibility, exact setup steps and release date: not verified or recorded.
- Review date: 21 October 2026.
We’ll add genuine product screenshots and confirmed setup details when a functioning, approved build can be checked. We won’t use unrelated Petal screenshots or concept mock-ups as proof.
Interest is open; enrolment and checkout are not

A planned early-adopter offer is £2.25 per month (75% off the proposed price); eligibility, duration and final terms have not been confirmed.
This is a proposal, not an active offer. Checkout and billing are inactive. No account, discount or paid entitlement starts when you register interest. See the full pricing details.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Automate by Rose now?
Not yet. The Petal is in development and its current user interface and supported controls have not been verified for release.
What kinds of tasks will it support?
The approved brief describes planning authorised workflows, dependencies, progress and receipts, approval pauses, and resuming independent work. A definitive list of supported apps, devices and actions is not yet verified.
Will it act without asking me?
The design brief calls for pauses at payment, identity and security approvals. Exact controls are still to be verified; do not treat this page as permission for an action or as a guarantee of autonomous execution.
Does registering interest sign me up or charge me?
No. It opens an email so you can express interest. It does not create an account, reserve access, activate a discount or start a subscription.
When will it launch?
No launch estimate is recorded. We’ll share confirmed availability when the product and enrolment details are ready.
