Long Term Pipeline / Personal Trainer by Rose
Long Term Pipeline Β· conceptπͺ Personal Trainer by Rose
A future training companion. A few more reps, a little less admin, and perhaps a level-up along the way.
This is not currently an active Rose Lite Petal and is not scheduled for near-term release. No launch date or subscription price has been announced.

What we'd like to build
These are planned directions to investigate, not features available to use today. Feasibility, compatibility, privacy and safe design still need substantial engineering.
Compatible Bluetooth smart scales
Explore integrations with selected compatible scales. Device and vendor support would need to be verified; universal Bluetooth compatibility is not promised.
Weight and body-composition trends
Track trends over time. Smart-scale body-composition and muscle readings are estimates, not medically precise measurements.
Personalised exercise programmes
Adapt planned programmes to goals, experience, equipment and preferences.
Gym, home and calisthenics
Support different places and ways to train, including bodyweight options.
Progressive overload and workout history
Keep training logs and make gradual progression easier to follow.
Strength and personal records
Record strength milestones and personal bests without turning every session into a boss battle.
Nutrition and meal plans
Explore practical meal planning that fits the person's goals and preferences.
Calories and macronutrient targets
Offer adjustable planning tools with appropriate context, rather than treating a single target as right for everyone.
Shopping lists
Turn chosen meal plans into useful shopping lists.
Optional food-photograph analysis
Explore photo-assisted food logging, clearly labelled as estimates and always editable.
Progress photographs
Keep optional photographs private and under the user's control.
Recovery and consistency
Help people notice rest, recovery and training habits without pretending an app can diagnose them.
Apple Health
Explore integration subject to Apple platform rules and the user's explicit permissions.
Android Health Connect
Explore integration where supported by the device, Android version, data source and granted permissions.
Privacy-first storage
Plan for local-first data on the user's mobile device, with clear controls over any optional sharing.
Optional backups and export
Let people choose whether to back up and export their own records.
RPG achievements and progression
Celebrate consistent effort with optional achievements. The best loot is still feeling better.
Adjustable goals and ability
Make goals, exercise choices and progression adjustable as circumstances change.
Accessibility and beginner-friendly modes
Prioritise clear language, accessible controls and an encouraging first workout.
Health and safety boundaries
Provide appropriate safety context, encourage suitable professional advice when needed, and avoid medical-treatment claims or unsafe drug-dosing advice.
Built around real people
Founder and proposed initial tester: John Daly. The aim is a useful, welcoming training tool, not a digital drill sergeant shouting from your pocket.
This concept is not medical treatment. It would not promise medically precise smart-scale measurements, diagnose conditions, or provide unsafe drug-dosing advice.
Availability and pricing
Personal Trainer is being considered as a separate future mobile product. Rose Lite's current model β two active Petals free, with unlimited switching and local data kept when a Petal is disabled β does not automatically apply to this concept.
No price, launch date or near-term release is being promised.
