Suggestions go to Rose & Etta / KingDing, operated by John Daly. They are stored privately on our existing website host. We do not send them to an unrelated service.
Only approved ideas are public. We may publish the idea, problem, proposed approach, platform and optional name you supply. Email addresses never appear in the public list and are only used to follow up about the idea.
Unpublished suggestions are retained for up to 90 days. Approved ideas stay while listed; their private email details are removed after 90 days. To request correction or removal, email support@kingding.co.uk. Please avoid sharing passwords, private health records or someone else's personal information.
Essential secure-session cookies protect the form. Supporting an idea uses an anonymous browser identifier and salted network hashes to reduce repeat votes; those vote records are retained for up to 90 days. Shared networks may count as one supporter. No account is required. Read our privacy policy.
