A Chrome extension beta built and tested locally, not installed in the normal profile. It detects the maximum-length warning, offers Continue in New Chat, and can hand over a ROSE checkpoint. Live handover and public distribution remain unverified.

- The live handover still depends on ChatGPT editor and send-button behavior. Loaded history is not a full-account export, and some image links may expire.
